2 in 5 HR leaders say they don't know what skills they have in their workforce 

The rise of digital skills assessments onto platforms attest to the desire for companies to move beyond self-reporting skills systems and other human capital management systems. Moving to skill assessments lets HR get more nuanced on who can do what today, and who can learn what tomorrow. The team at the National Work Readiness Council would be happy to talk to provide recommendations or suggestions on skills assessment tools.
